Keep your password safe. You are in charge of what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else got in.

What you put in WDB Portal is yours. We use it to run the portal for you. Our Privacy page tells you more.

The portal shows numbers like equity, rent and costs. They come from what you and others type in.

These numbers are a guide only. They are not money, tax or legal advice. Talk to an expert before you make a big choice.

You choose who can see your properties. When you share with someone, they can see what you shared until you stop sharing.

The household plan is free. Paid plans cost money each month. We show the price before you agree to pay.

You can stop a paid plan. Your saved work stays.

Do not use the portal to break the law or harm others. Do not try to get into accounts or data that are not yours.

We may change these terms. If we make a big change, we will tell you first.
